At SkinVara, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof (clear images or video) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been opened or used
- The issue is based on personal preference (texture, color, results, etc.)
- The customer changes their mind after delivery

Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
We may offer an exchange instead of a refund in cases where:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
- SkinVara reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions
- Minor packaging wear due to shipping does not qualify as damage
- Patch testing is recommended before using any skincare or cosmetic product
