RETURN WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
A return request can be raised if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product was damaged upon delivery
- Incomplete order was received
NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products not in their original packaging
- Orders where the 7-day return window has passed

- Photo of the product (if damaged)

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be
